16 Years of Experience in 3D Scanning

First 3D Scanner Sold
2010
In 2008, the development of unique scanning algorithms began as part of a research project, and in 2010, the first commercial RangeVision 3D scanner was introduced.
RangeVision Advanced — Launch of the PRO Line
2012
The first model of the PRO series, designed for industrial applications, was released. The combination of high accuracy, detail, and reliability ensured rapid expansion into new international markets.
Global Market Expansion
2013
The success of initial international shipments allowed us to establish a dedicated foreign trade department and expand our geographic reach. This laid the foundation for systematic work with overseas partners and distributors.
Software Redesign
2014
Taking into account user requests and accumulated experience, we introduced the updated ScanCenter software: an intuitive interface and additional features for high-accuracy 3D scanning.
Mass Production of the Smart Scanner and Strategic Logistics Expansion
2015
We launched the mass production of the new Smart 3D scanner, combining an accessible price point with professional capabilities. Simultaneously, to strengthen our international presence, a joint assembly and logistics center was opened with a partner in EU. These steps helped the company become a leading supplier of 3D scanners by sales volume by the end of the year.
New R&D Center Launch
2016
The launch of a new R&D center with a dedicated team of engineers and developers allowed us to reduce the development time for new features and increase the frequency of software updates.
3D Scanner Spectrum
2017
By 2017, RangeVision products had earned the trust of professionals worldwide — our sales geography expanded to 25 countries across four continents. Drawing on user experience and partner feedback, we developed the Spectrum, a scanner that combines versatility for various tasks (from industrial applications to creative projects) with an accessible price point.
New Generation of Software: ScanCenter NG
2018
To strengthen our market position and compete with global brands, we created the conceptually new ScanCenter NG software. This is more than just an update: scanning and data processing are now unified in a single project without switching, and the interface has become intuitive, logical, and minimalist for maximum user comfort.
Metrological Certification
2019
RangeVision reached a significant milestone: our flagship PRO 3D scanner successfully passed rigorous testing and received official metrological certification. This achievement opened the door for the scanner's use in industrial enterprises and research institutions where only metrologically certified equipment is permitted.
Release of the New NEO Portable Scanner
2020
In response to the growing demand for accessible and functional 3D scanners for Industry 4.0 initiatives, the NEO scanner was developed. Despite its accessible price, it retained the full functionality of professional models, making it ideal for both training and professional tasks where its resolution and accuracy were perfectly sufficient (this model was even used at Carlsberg plants).
By the end of the year, RangeVision scanners were being used by professionals in 50 countries, and our international partner network included over 30 representatives.
Upgrade of the RangeVision Pro Scanner
2021
The company's flagship scanner was upgraded: the scanning area switching system was improved for greater convenience, and the updated housing provides enhanced protection and reliability.
Adaptation and Development
2022
In the face of global changes, the company restructured its strategy, focusing on strengthening its core positions and ensuring sustainable growth. The Spectrum was updated, and a new automated Quant scanner was released. We managed to maintain our development momentum despite external challenges.
New Scanners, Metrological Standards, and Updated Software
2023
The company introduced the Neopoint and Neopoint MAX scanners, combining the capabilities of desktop and portable devices. We also completed the release of our own metrological reference standards and released a major software update with enhanced capabilities.
New Metrological Scanners PRO II and PRIME
2024
Two new metrological scanners, PRO II and PRIME, were released, meeting strict international metrological standards.
But the key achievement was the mastery of laser technology and the creation of the Helix, our first handheld scanner with blue lasers.
Helix Handheld Laser 3D Scanner
2025
The RangeVision Helix, our first 3D scanner with blue lasers released in late 2024, significantly improved its performance characteristics and was showcased at numerous exhibitions and scanning projects.
Almost simultaneously, the Spectrum was updated — it became faster, more precise, and received enhanced resolution and accuracy.
Two New 3D Scanners
2026
RangeVision is preparing to release two new 3D scanners. The Fenix handheld laser scanner, with an enlarged scanning area and cross and parallel laser lines, allows for faster scanning of large objects with fewer markers. The high-accuracy metrological 3D scanner Proton is adapted for integration with industrial robots and cobots for in-line quality control. The new 3D scanners were presented for the first time at major international industry exhibitions in 2026.
