RangeVision
HELIX
A blue laser 3D scanner designed for the high-accuracy digitization of parts with complex geometry.

Metrology-grade accuracy for complex surfaces

Accuracy
0.030 mm
Resolution
0.15 mm
Two Scanning Modes:
fast and detailed
Single-line mode: The laser line penetrates deeply into internal cavities and complex contours. The focused beam captures the finest details with minimal noise.

7-line mode: Projects 7 parallel laser lines, capturing up to 1.2 million points per second. This significantly reduces digitization time for large, open areas.
Scans Any Object, Any Lighting
Bright blue laser enables scanning of black and glossy surfaces without anti-reflective spray. Built-in optical filters allow operation under any ambient lighting conditions.
On-the-Fly Mode Switching
Three physical buttons and LED indicators on the scanner body let you switch modes and adjust settings during scanning.
Scans Objects
from 5 cm to 5 m
High Accuracy and Resolution
High-quality electronics combined with robust, proprietary RangeVision algorithms deliver high accuracy up to 0.03 mm and a 3D resolution up to 0.15 mm, ensuring precise data capture for demanding engineering tasks.
