We perform 3D scanning of parts, assemblies, and complex components of any scale.
From small components, tools, and housings to large-scale equipment: injection molds, engines, machine tools, and other industrial assets. The results are used for reverse engineering, geometry control, CAD comparison, wear analysis, or preparation for repair and modernization. Scanning is performed on professional equipment with accuracy matching the specific task requirements.
Based on 3D scanning data, we create a complete parametric CAD model with nominal dimensions, suitable for further engineering analysis, modification, or manufacturing.
Models are delivered in standard industrial formats (STEP, IGES, etc.) and are fully compatible with leading CAD systems: SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, and others. The work is performed by engineers with mechanical engineering experience — not just "over a point cloud," but with consideration for manufacturability, functionality, and production requirements.
