RangeVision has become a strategic partner of Rosatom

RangeVision announces a strategic partnership with the Additive Technologies business line of Rosatom Corporation. The cooperation expands Rosatom's presence in the segment of three-dimensional technologies and logically complements the existing and promising developments of the state corporation. 3D scanning is an important step in the additive manufacturing process, from building a three—dimensional model to controlling the geometry of the finished product using 3D printing.

The Additive Technologies business area of the fuel division of the state Corporation Rosatom combines a full production cycle - the development of 3D printers and software, the production of components and consumables, training and implementation of additive technologies at customer facilities.

RangeVision's experience will allow us to create specialized solutions necessary for nuclear industry enterprises. In the coming years, it is planned to develop a new line of high-precision 3D scanners adapted to the specific requirements of the nuclear industry and taking into account the increased requirements for safety and reliability. This will significantly speed up the processes of quality control, repair and import substitution of equipment at nuclear industry enterprises.

Rosatom and RangeVision are confident that the partnership will help accelerate the introduction of additive technologies throughout the Russian industry, as well as accelerate the development and commissioning of new 3D scanners in demand in modern technological industries.
