Ready for Integration
Seamlessly integrates into both existing and new automated cells from any manufacturer.
Seamless Dual-Zone Control
Each camera pair is calibrated for its specific volume. Zone switching occurs purely via software within a single cycle. No manual recalibration, optics replacement, or physical contact with the scanner is required — the robot cycle remains completely uninterrupted.
Metrological and Mechanical Stability
The optical block and internal structure are engineered to withstand the inertial loads and vibrations generated during dynamic manipulator movements.
Versatile Mounting and Integration
The scanner features a standard ISO 9409-1 flange interface for industrial robots and cobots — no adapters needed. An API is available upon request for deep integration into production control systems.
Ready-Made Automated Quality Control

Robotic Complex Based on the RangeVision Proton

The RangeVision Proton is a complete, smart, mobile turnkey cell that requires no dedicated industrial power infrastructure or protective enclosures. The system is optimally designed for high-speed serial or regular metrological quality control directly on the shop floor. It is ideal for non-contact 3D scanning of small to medium-sized parts (maximum dimensions: cylindrical objects up to 400 mm in diameter and 1 m in height).
  • No Enclosures Required
Thanks to the built-in feedback system and sensitive automation, the collaborative robot stops instantly upon any unexpected contact. This guarantees operator safety, equipment integrity, and part protection. Protective cages, booths, and laser safety systems are not required.
  • Intuitive Programming – "Hand Guiding"
Creating a scanning scenario does not require a programming engineer. The operator physically guides the manipulator by the "head", positions the scanner at the required angles around the part, and the system memorizes these positions. The robot then perfectly reproduces this trajectory.
  • Infrastructure
The complex's workbench has a load capacity of up to 60 kg and features a perforated surface with a standard hole grid. This allows for quick, rigid mounting of any custom positioning fixtures for specific parts.
  • Power Consumption
The complex connects to a standard single-phase 220V mains. Total power consumption, including a modern PC, does not exceed 2 kW — comparable to a standard household appliance, requiring no dedicated industrial power lines.
  • Compact Dimensions and Mobility
The complex measures 1200 × 600 × 1350 mm (L×W×H), intentionally designed to fit standard Euro pallet dimensions, and features lockable casters. It fits through any standard doorway and occupies minimal floor space.

RangeVision Proton is Ideal For:

SERIAL AND IN-LINE PRODUCTION
For high-speed automated quality control of small and medium-sized parts directly on the production line.
AEROSPACE AND AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRIES
For high-accuracy scanning of complex geometries: double curvatures, aerodynamic surfaces, and curved sections.
TOOLING MANUFACTURING AND REPAIR
For reverse engineering, creating digital twins of tooling, and precise wear measurement (threads, grooves, fillet radii).
RV 3D Studio
