Final of the X National Championship for Young Professionals
The final of the 10th National Championship "Young Professionals" was held in Saransk, where students aged 16 to 25 and juniors under the age of 16 were able to demonstrate their skills in 25 areas.

The final of the X National Championship "Young Professionals" was held in Saransk, where students aged 16 to 25 and juniors under the age of 16 were able to demonstrate their skills in 25 areas.
For the Reverse Engineering and Additive Manufacturing competency, RangeVision traditionally provided RangeVision Spectrum optical 3D scanners.

The contestants were tasked with digitizing the object in as much detail as possible, resulting in an aligned polygon model. The object, which consisted of a table with complex geometry, could not be divided or moved. The 3D scanning module was limited to a maximum of 4 hours.
Alexey Rekut, Competence Manager for Additive Manufacturing, highlights the trend of using 3D technologies:
"Recently, there has been a rapid increase in demand from enterprises for the localization of spare parts production for foreign-made equipment. In most cases, these are relatively simple parts (couplings, filters, dust covers, etc.). These parts can be easily produced even in the repair departments of enterprises, but they require 3D models and/or drawings for production."
