RangeVision Helix is included in the register of measuring instruments
The RangeVision Helix handheld 3D laser scanner has received the status of a measuring instrument — customers will be able to use it where metrological accuracy is needed.

The RangeVision Helix 3D scanner is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments. Order No. 1673 of 08/20/2026 assigned the device the registration number 99218-26 and the status of a metrological instrument.
Now the measurements made by the scanner can be used where official confirmation of accuracy is required: during equipment verification and calibration, input and output quality control in production, in examinations and forensic research, as well as when executing government contracts and working with regulated industries such as aviation, mechanical engineering, and energy.
For customers, this means that the results of the scan are accepted by the regulatory authorities, and the data can be included in measurement protocols without involving third-party certified measuring instruments for duplicate checks. Companies operating according to GOST and industry standards receive a tool with proven metrological traceability.
The new status will be useful for companies that undergo regular metrological checks, participate in tenders requiring certified equipment, or work in industries with strict quality control.
