RangeVision is the official partner of the 3D Modeling Ace Contest
In 24 years, the competition has collected more than 1,700 entries from 600 participating companies. This year, RangeVision becomes an official partner for the first time and will award selected works with special prizes.

ASCON, an engineering software developer, invites engineers to participate in the "3D Modeling Ace Contest", an annual competition for professional users of KOMPAS-3D CAD. RangeVision has become an official partner of the contest for the first time and will award selected works with special prizes.
Designers, designers and developers of CAD applications are invited to participate - employees of enterprises from all industries. For engineers, especially young professionals, the competition is an opportunity to demonstrate their skills, assess their level of proficiency in digital design tools, and make themselves known in the engineering community. The projects of the participants will be evaluated by ASCON specialists: COMPASS-3D developers, experienced methodologists and engineers.
The competition preserves the traditions of the national school of design, helps professional development, and increases the prestige of engineering professions. It has been conducted since 2003 and has more than 1,600 projects from 600 enterprises using COMPASS-3D.
The competition is supported by partners: NTC APM, TESIS, EREMEX, OKB (Novosibirsk), PICASO 3D, VR Concept, 1C Distribution, RangeVision.

The competition accepts parts and assemblies (three-dimensional models) created in the COMPASS-3D system, as well as original software applications or application libraries for COMPASS-3D.
