RV 3D Studio 2023.1.7 has been released

On August 29, 2024, the next update of the RV 3D Studio proprietary software was released. It has fixed some bugs and added new features.
Corrections and adjustments
- the names of the methods for building a single model have been changed: “Basic” and “Advanced“ instead of ”Engineering“ and ”Artistic" are more understandable;
- The markings on camera views have been changed in the setup, calibration and scanning wizard modes: there are fewer lines that need to be combined, which simplifies the installation of the calibration field.
New features
New version of RV 3D Studio 2023.1.7 is already available to all users of RangeVision scanners. The update can be downloaded from the program menu or downloaded from the support portal.
- optimized CPU usage when working with Neopoint scanners;
- added more informative hints in case of incorrect hardware initialization and geometry capture problems.;
- added a hotkey (Esc) for the “Reset selection on stage” function;
- added support for the TXL turntable with a load capacity of up to 250 kg (available in the fall).
